Pork, Salad, Sandwiches

Ingredients

8 slices bacon, cooked

4 leaves lettuce

2 large tomatoes (beefsteak), sliced

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

salt and pepper to taste

hot sauce to taste (optional)

2 hoagies/buns (gluten-free for gluten-free))

Directions

Chop the bacon, lettuce, and tomato, them mix in the mayo, salt and pepper.

Slide into the hoagies and enjoy!

Option: Add basil or basil pesto.

Option: Add avocado.

Option: Use ranch or caesar dressing.

Option: Use roasted tomatoes instead of fresh.
